We accept all major credit cards including VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Discover.

STANDARD FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the lower-48 states typically arrive in 4-8 business days. Tennier Industries is not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control. (inclement weather, Carrier errors, etc).

Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 on all orders shipped within the lower-48 states. We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance-related charges imposed by the importing government. This is the responsibility of the customer. Bulk order shipping rates will be disclosed at the time of purchase in a quote provided by Tennier Industries.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

For orders placed on or near a holiday, shipping might be delayed due to factory closures and or shipping delays. Please plan accordingly when placing holiday orders, or check with our sales office – Monday to Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST 423-663-0364, [email protected]

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must initiate a Return Materials Authorization request (RMA) within 14 days of shipment which will result in a refund to the original form of payment minus the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. To initiate a return, contact our sales office – Monday to Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, or email [email protected] or click here to use our Automated Returns Portal.

    • All Overstock, Flash Sales, Clearance, or Closeout items are final sales – no returns allowed.
    • Items must be new, unworn, or unopened. NO refunds will be given on used items.
    • If an item is damaged, please send an email with photos of the damaged item and a new item will be sent out after the damaged item is returned.
    • If we determined that an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item with the exact same model and size as the original product. We will not allow customers to make changes to size, or color during this process.
    • Once we approve your return, a refund will be applied to your account minus a 20% restocking fee unless the item is exchanged for a different size.
    • Allow 3-8 business days for a refund to be processed by your credit card company.
    • All items that have been customized are not eligible for return.
    • All customized embroidery items are not eligible for return.
    • We Cannot accept returns on International orders or Bulk orders.
